Story Title:
Elbridge remembers war heroes

Story Summary:
Memorial Day was born in the small town of Waterloo, in Seneca County, where local citizens gathered for the first time in 1866 to mark the graves of those who died in the Civil War. One of the communities quick to adopt an annual commemoration is one of Onondaga County's oldest towns. News 10 Now's Bill Carey reports from Elbridge.
