The final moments of 24-year-old Anthony Garner's life were captured by a surveillance camera stationed above the Utica street where he died, chased by three men, attacked and fatally shot. Tuesday, jurors in Oneida County Court got a look at that video and heard how the man accused of his murder, Marshall Jackson, was apprehended just feet from the crime scene.
