SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Sweet sounds of symphony filled the Most Holy Rosary Church in Syracuse Saturday afternoon at the second annual Fall Festival of Choirs.
The event is put together by the Syracuse Children's Chorus, along with several other choirs from the Emerald City area.
Hundreds turned out for an uplifting afternoon of song while also benefiting a good cause as the event raised money for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
Organizers say the performance is great for the children. It allows them to interact and perform together.
"It brings together kids that love to sing, love what they do, from all different schools. We represent 25 different schools from all over Central New York, and they get to come together once or twice a week and make beautiful music together,” said Rebecca Miller, Syracuse Children's Chorus Director of Operations.
YNN was a proud sponsor of Saturday’s performance.
