CHENANGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- The joint trial of a Norwich woman and her landlord is pushed back a week. Linda O'Connor, 46, and her landlord, Dean Sacco, 49, of New Jersey are charged with buying and selling a child for the use of sex trafficking and child pornography.

O'Connor is accused of selling an underage girl to her landlord in exchange for rent. The victim told investigators Sacco threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the rapes.

The US Attorney's office tells us Sacco's attorney needed more time to prepare for the case. The trial is now set for next Monday.
