ALEXANDRIA BAY, N.Y. -- A Jefferson County woman is $3 million richer, thanks to the New York State Lottery.

According to Tom Feinberg, who owns Bay Spirits in Alexandria Bay, the woman bought the ten dollar scratch off Tuesday morning.

The New York State Lottery says they'll be holding an event soon to hand over the $3 million check.
