CLAYTON, N.Y. -- If you haven't voiced your opinion yet on the proposal by the International Joint Commission to regulate water levels on the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario you're going to want to do so soon.

The IJC is accepting written comments regarding Plan 2007 until the end of the day Friday.

Many environmental groups say Plan 2007 is the status quo. They would like to see the IJC select Plan B+ which they say would restore the river and help the environment.
