Gingerbread houses on display at Erie Canal Museum
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The holiday season is in full swing and that means it's time to bring out the gingerbread houses. More than 40 home-made houses are on display at the Erie Canal Museum. They'll be set up for judging in the windows of the Victorian Village stores.
To be eligible for the contest, each house must be made entirely out of food and anything used to build or decorate the house must be edible.
