More information released on Jiverly Wong
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- We're beginning to learn more about the man responsible for the shooting rampage. Police say Jiverly Wong, 41, had been going to a firing range every week.
We also found out Wong came to the area as a young adult, but moved to California for some time before leaving the country again.
In November of 1995 he became a naturalized citizen. Wong was arrested in California for forging a check, but that was a misdemeanor. There's also some speculation Wong was involved in a bank robbery in 2007.

There's no conformation on that, but he did leave a job in California and came back to New York. Wong got a state drivers license in August of 2007.
Saturday, we learned Wong was a student at the American Civic Association, until early March. Police also said he had a permit for two handguns and both were recovered at the scene.
Wong walked into the American Civic Association in Binghamton Friday and began firing. He killed 13 people before turning the gun on himself.
