A Norfolk woman is accused of scamming local businesses for charitable donations.

St. Lawrence County police arraigned 29-year-old Bobbie Jo Zeller on Saturday. Zeller has been asking businesses to donate to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.

They said any money she collected, she pocketed. Since this is Zeller's third felony offence, no bail has been set.
