Man arrested for BB gun car shootings
UTICA, N.Y. -- A Utica man is facing charges for allegedly shooting several vehicles with a BB gun.
Police say Kevin Bennett, 25, shot three vehicles on Bleecker Street with a BB gun Friday. A child was involved during one of the incidents.
Bennett is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, three counts of prohibited use of a weapon and criminal mischief.
