ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man accused of trying to get a woman to kill a former friend has been indicted.

Mark Lee has been charged with criminal solicitation, criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.

The Onondaga County District Attorney's office says Lee offered a woman money to kill the former friend. The woman did not agree to the alleged plan and then notified police.
