"Donut Burger" coming to State Fair
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The New York State Fair is known for having some pretty interesting foods, but this year might just top the list.
The "Big Kahuna Donut Burger" is coming to the State Fair
The Big Kahuna concession stand plans to unveil what it is calling the "Donut Burger."
Adventurous eaters will get a quarter-pound burger in between slices of a grilled, glazed donut.
The donuts will be made by the Harrison Bakery in Syracuse.
Add some cheese, bacon, and other trimmings and you've got yourself a snack packing 1,500 calories, and that's without the fries.
The fair opens on August 25th.
