VAN BUREN, N.Y. -- A dramatic fire rescue saves the life of a Van Buren woman this morning. The fire started at about 4:30 a.m. on the 200 block Baker Boulevard.

Fire officials say the fire started in the garage and quickly spread to the home. They say an elderly woman owns the home; a neighbor noticed the flames and took action.

There is significant damage to the home and garage. At this point, investigators are trying to determine how it started.
