ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Syracuse woman is charged with grand larceny after investigators say she stole a woman's purse during a concert at Turning Stone Casino and Resort. Deputies say Marguarette Michel, 39, took another woman's purse during the Kelly Clarkson concert on Friday after she noticed it sitting underneath a chair in the row in front of her.

Investigators say Michel took the purse, which contained cash and credit cards, and then exited the concert and removed items from the purse before throwing it away.

Michel was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility on $20,000 bail.
