ONTARIO COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police in Canandaigua have cancelled their missing person alert. Monday, they asked for the public's help in locating Harvey Walters, 64, a paranoid schizophrenic who also had other life threatening medical conditions that were cause for concern.

The alert was cancelled Wednesday because Walters was found. It was determined that he had knowingly left the area.
