CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. -- The battle over the First Arena foreclosure situation continues. Another motion has been filed against the county regarding the way they handled the foreclosure proceedings.

Key Bank has filed a motion to dismiss the foreclosure. The bank alleges the Afr's, who own the arena, should be able to re-purchase the property.

Key Bank loaned money to the Afr's for the purchase of the arena. The county foreclosed on the property in February and later tabled the owners' request to re-purchase it.

Two other lawsuits have already been filed in this case by the Afr's. A hearing for their case has been postponed to April 17th.
