CAZENOVIA, N.Y. -- Cazenovia Equipment Company is now back open after eight months of rebuilding.

A fire at the popular farm supply store cost them their entire facility in Nelson back in August.

A new and improved facility opened Monday in Cazenovia at twice the size and capacity of the original facility.

Company officials say they've not only expanded in square footage, but they've also expanded their service department and the number of employees at that site.

The old facility in Nelson had served as the hub for several other locations in Central New York and now it's even bigger and better and company officials say that's thanks in part to a great team.

"We've got a great team that has really pulled together over the past eight months to keep our customers up and running and to keep business going. Yeah, everybody is excited to be here and a fresh start really for Cazenovia Equipment Company," said Cazenovia Equipment Company Vice President Michael Frazee.

Contractors are still putting the finishing touches on the facility. The grand opening will take place in July.
