MAINE -- One of the men who accused former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of molesting him has been sentenced to three years and three months in prison for sexually abusing a boy in Maine.
Zach Tomaselli, 23, pleaded guilty back in December under an agreement with prosecutors. He admitted he sexually abused a 13-year-old boy who attended a camp where he was a counselor.
Tomaselli is one of three men to accuse Bernie Fine of molesting them as boys. Fine has not been charged.
