Woman pleads guilty to vehicular manslaughter

ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The woman accused of driving drunk and killing a pedestrian has pleaded guilty to second degree vehicular manslaughter in Onondaga County Court.
Investigators said Te Sa, 41, hit a parked car on East Division Street in mid March. When she tried to free her car, police said she went backward at a high speed, hitting Anna Russo-Young, 41, on the sidewalk.
Russo-Young was pinned between the car and a concrete block. She later died from her injuries.
Sentencing is set for May 15th where Sa will face two and a third to seven years in prison.
