ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The woman accused of driving drunk and killing a pedestrian has pleaded guilty to second degree vehicular manslaughter in Onondaga County Court.

Investigators said Te Sa, 41, hit a parked car on East Division Street in mid March. When she tried to free her car, police said she went backward at a high speed, hitting Anna Russo-Young, 41, on the sidewalk.

Russo-Young was pinned between the car and a concrete block. She later died from her injuries.

Sentencing is set for May 15th where Sa will face two and a third to seven years in prison.
