ROCHESTER, N.Y. – It was exactly one year ago Monday a former Elmira woman set her Rochester home on fire, killing four children inside.
Bobbie Kugler, 31, was sentenced last month to seven to 15 years in prison for lighting a picture on fire in her Grape Street home.
The fire ultimately led to the deaths of four of her children: Gage Reavey, 14, Greg Kugler, 13, Kandee Kugler, 12, and Kaiden Kugler, 6. Three others were injured.
Kugler said she was drunk and had taken sleeping pills when she lit the picture on fire in the early morning hours of February 18th last year.\
