Firefighters pulled Kevin Tompkins, 46 out of the Furniture Shop in Cicero Tuesday afternoon. They say there was heavy smoke and flames when they arrived, and Tompkins likely suffered smoke inhalation, causing his death.

Investigators with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office say Tompkins was an employee at the Furniture Shop. No one else was hurt in the fire. They are still looking into how it started.
