CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The FBI has tracked down the man wanted for allegedly leaving a woman bound inside a Weedsport hotel room.

Arnold Fox had been on the run since Monday, when a cleaning crew at the Best Western Motel in Weedsport found a woman tied up inside a room.

The victim, a 21-year old from Washington County said she had met Fox online, and was offered a job working on his farm.

Investigators quickly figured out that there was no farm, and that Fox tried to sell the same line to other women online, but without success.

The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office says he was apprehended Saturday in Miami Florida. They say he was still driving the victim's vehicle, a 2003 Jeep Liberty, which was missing from the scene on Monday. Details of the arrest and information about what charges Fox will face will not be released until Monday.
