ONEIDA COUNTY -- A Baldwinsville man is charged with raping a child under the age of 15 in Oneida County.

According to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, Shawn Casselman, 34, is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with the child in Camden in April of last year.

Casselman is charged with second degree rape. He is in the Oneida County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.
