SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Jury selection is underway today as a Syracuse man goes on trial for murder. Martinous Hudson is accused of shooting and killing two people and injuring a third last summer while on a drug called "water."

Police said on August 6th, Hudson and three other people were driving around, when Hudson began ranting about the devil. He allegedly shot the three other people in the car, killing two of them, then ran off and stole a car at gunpoint.

Hudson pleaded not guilty last September to charges of second degree murder, attempted murder, robbery, and criminal weapon possession.
