ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury deliberations are underway in a murder trial going on in Onondaga County Court.

Tommy Davis has been charged with second degree murder for the death of Kiwan Rush, 17. The teenager was shot and killed as he walked along the 100 block of Eastman Avenue back in October of 2010.

At the time, police said there was an ongoing dispute between the two and that Rush was actually armed with a shotgun at the time of his murder. However, it wasn't known whether he fired at the gunman.
