SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Monday was a blistering day out there for much of Upstate New York and in the Syracuse area, we were just shy of the record.
The temperature topped off at 90 degrees, one degree short of tying the more than 100-year-old record of 91.
In Watertown, the city matched its record of 85 degrees. That one was first set back in 1955.
