Baby born at family restaurant
One of Western New York's newest residents was apparently in a big hurry to meet the rest of the world. As our Casey Bortnick reports, welcoming this bundle of joy was truly a team effort for mom, dad and the owners of their favorite restaurant.

MONROE COUNTY, N.Y. -- This is a story, both for the baby born and for the restaurant where she came into the world at. A local family who didn't quite make it to the hospital ended up delivering their third child in the restaurant parking lot.
Kevin Herbert said his wife Bess woke up around 3 a.m. Sunday and knew it was time to go, but Bess started to give birth in the car. Kevin called 911, and saw Mario’s Italian Steakhouse along his route.
"That was a perfect point for meeting, and the only point I could really think of where we could rendezvous with the ambulance crew real quickly. By the time I got there my wife was preparing to deliver and I actually delivered our third child,” said Herbert.
Maya Denise, a healthy seven and a half pound baby girl, was born in that parking lot.
Mario’s Steakhouse plans to put her picture on its wall of fame.
