ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A meeting set up on Craigslist leads to the arrest of an Oneida County man.

Police said a 19-year-old woman from Frankfort responded to a personal ad posted by Jonathan Obernesser, 39, of Kirkland.

They met at his home, where the woman said Obernesser gave her alcohol and inappropriately touched her after she asked him repeatedly to stop. She was able to call for help, and a friend reported the incident to police.

Obernesser was arrested and now faces charges for forcible touching and giving alcohol to a minor.

Police said this should serve as a reminder to use caution for anyone who sets up a personal encounter on the internet.
