Parole has been denied for Eric Smith. Smith was 13 when he killed 4 year old Derrick Robie in 1993.

Smith was denied parole back in 2004, and will be back up for parole in 2008.

In a statement released by the parole board, Smith was deneid parole because there is a chance that he would violate the law if he's release.

Smith is being held in the Clinton Correctional facility.
