STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police in Painted Post arrest a teenager for stealing a car.

The car was reported stolen on Tuesday. Police found it in Campbell in a parking lot on Wednesday with heavy damage caused by an accident.

A 14-year-old, who has not been named, has been charged with Criminal Mischief in the third degree.
