HORNELL, N.Y. -- Police say the death of a Hornell man found in his home appears to be accidental.

Harold "Bob" Lieb, 57, was found dead in his home on Cottage Lane Thursday morning.

Police were called to check on Lieb after he hadn't been seen for several days. When they got inside, officers found Lieb's body with a head injury.

Following their investigation, police say it appears the injury was accidental and no foul play was involved.

The Dagon Funeral Home will handle funeral arrangements. They are planning on holding a memorial service sometime next month.
