Field house damaged at Babe Ruth baseball field

STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police are searching for the person or people involved in a burglary of a baseball field in South Corning Saturday night.

They said someone broke into the Babe Ruth baseball field on Park Avenue and damaged the inside of the field house.

No word on if anything was taken or the extent of the damage, but police are asking anyone in the area who may have information to give them a call at (607) 962-3282.
