AUBURN, Maine -- The third accuser in the Bernie Fine case pleads guilty in his own child molestation case. Zach Tomaselli admitted to sexually abusing a teenage boy, agreeing to a plea agreement that will cap his sentence at three years in prison.

The 23-year-old has accused former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of molesting him in a Pittsburgh hotel room back in 2002. He has also filed a civil suit against Fine, claiming that abuse set the stage for his own actions in the case just settled in the state of Maine.

Fine has denied the allegations.
