Bail set for man accused of killing neighbor
Bail has been set at $100,000 for the Ogdensburg man accused of killing his neighbor with a baseball bat.

Wayne Oxley has been in jail since August 30th. That's when police say he killed Bernie Trickey Jr. at his home on New York Avenue.

If Oxley posts bail he will face a curfew from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
