Another friend of Oxley's testifies in murder trial
Wayne Oxley's murder trial is halfway into its third week. One of the witnesses taking the stand Wednesday was a friend who visited Oxley in prison.
Oxley, 40, is an Ogdensburg man on trial for allegedly killing his neighbor Bernard Trickey with a baseball bat.
Oxley's friend who took the stand said when she asked him about the murder, he cried and denied it. She also said Oxley told her he was messed up and didn't remember anything from that night.
