SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Orange are headed to the Elite Eight!

It came down to the very last second as top-seeded Syracuse University survived an all out battle with Wisconsin.

The final score was 64 to 63 as SU advances in the NCAA tournament. This is the first time SU will be in the Elite Eight since winning it all back in 2003. Syracuse will take on the winner of the Ohio State/Cincinnati game.

Fans who traveled to Boston to watch the Orange are elated now that the team will play another game in Beantown on Saturday. Inside the TD Garden, there was plenty of 'Cuse support, as people came from near and far to support their team.

While fans said they were always confident in the Orange's ability to win, Wisconsin's ability to shoot from the outside definitely caused havoc.

We spoke with members of the SU Pride after the game who are now breathing a little easier.

"I was definitely nervous that 'Cuse was going to lose it there, but in my heart I knew they were going to pull it through and win that game," said Kevin Blair, an SU fan.

"Oh, it was awesome, and I was really nervous in the last two minutes and it was really a nail biter in the last two minutes. Glad we won," said Jan Linville, another SU fan.

Many of the fans we spoke with say they'll be sticking around Boston for Saturday's game as well.
