New law makes Onondaga Creek eligible for new grants

SYRACUSE - Gov. David Paterson has signed a bill designating Onondaga Creek an inland waterway. The designation makes the 27-mile tributary of Onondaga Lake eligible for revitalization grants from the Environmental Protection Fund (EPF).
