Caribbean resorts offer new deals on dining
The Island of Anguilla serves up a three course menu of sun, sand and surf, and is most famous for its talcum powder white beaches, among the world's best.
The other feature Anguilla is lauded for is its fabulous dining scene which can now be experienced at affordable prix fixe rates.
Several well known restaurants are joining together in a summer promotion, offering three course tasting meals, including appetizer, entrée and dessert, for either $35 or $45 excluding a 15 percent service charge.
Restaurants participating in this promotion are offering the special menus from June 1st through August 31st.
The $45 menu will be served up at Blanchards, where, for instance, you are saving $24 by choosing a prix fixe meal of vegetable spring rolls, sesame crusted Mahi Mahi and Key Lime pie in a glass.

Other restaurants at the $45 tier include Veya with Indian inspired dishes among the choices, CuisinArt Resort & Spa's Cafe Mediterraneo and The Old Caribe, an island classic at the Anguilla Great House.
Menus for $35.00 will be featured at Tasty's, a roadside local favorite, Roy's Bayside Grill, a casual beachfront spot, Ripples, Sandy Ground's lively, transplanted English pub and E's Oven, named after the chef's mother Eunice.
Although it is not participating in the summer promo, Malliouhana Hotel and Spa, has one of the most highly acclaimed restaurants on the island. Separately, it is offering a seven-night package featuring nightly dinners prepared by seven renowned chefs from America and Anguilla. It includes paired wines with each course, and includes oceanview accommodations.
