Scribblenauts Remix

This is a game that, when it launched for the Nintendo DS, oftentimes elicited a "no way, how is this even possible?" response from users during their first try. The latest version of Scribblenauts is an iOS version called “Scribblenauts Remix.”

The game is simple to understand: players assume the role of a character in a rooster-like hat with the goal of attaining stars. The way players reach that goal is what becomes the huge “wow factor” of the game. They pull out an in-game note pad, type in just about anything in the world they can think of, hit enter, and it appears in the game to help them achieve their goal: a jetpack, dragon, sushi, and even God.

Half or more of the fun is coming up with crazy objects to see if the game can be stumped or if it can come up with a way to depict them.

This title has 50 levels: 40 are the best of the two DS versions of the game and
10 are brand new.

"Scribblenauts Remix" is an iOS app for $4.99.

HusbandMotivator

And here's an app that may be breaking the “guy code.”

Created by a Canadian company that develops technologies to help improve communication at the workplace, “HusbandMotivator” is designed to do the same thing at home. In other words, it give wives some suggestions on which psychological buttons to push in order to get their men to do housework, chores, and their half of the child care.

Once the user decides which area to tackle, women will first answer four quick questions about their man based on what they’re trying to get him to do. After doing that, they'll see what the creators of this study deem as his “triggers,” and then they'll be given a script that they are to read word for word in order to set off those triggers.

Developers say that even though some of the text may be funny, it’s all backed by serious research.

The "HusbandMotivator" is an iOS app for 99 cents. There’s no word yet on the wife, child, pet, or boss motivator.
