Possibly one of the oldest terrier breeds in Great Britain, these intelligent athletic and agile little dogs once worked to protect livestock and rid their territory of foxes.

Their wiry earth colored coat requires minimal grooming, but they do shed.

The Border Terrier’s size and good nature make great companions that can fit into a variety of lifestyles.

One of the smallest dogs in the terrier group, 10-15 pounds on average, the Border Terrier makes up for their diminutive size with a big personality and endless affection for their families.
