FULTON, N.Y. -- Crews quickly work to put out a large fire at an Oswego County landfill. Firefighters were called to the Bristol Hill Landfill in Fulton on Sunday afternoon.
According to dispatchers, some of the garbage at the landfill went up in flames, and neighbors said there was thick, black smoke in the area. Firefighters were able to get the fire under control in about twenty minutes or so. There is no word yet on what caused the fire.
