SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The coming storm along the East Coast has forced YNN to postpone Monday night’s scheduled live debate for the 24th Congressional District.
The debate was set between incumbent Republican Ann Marie Buerkle and Green Party candidate Ursula Rozum and is co-sponsored by the Campbell Public Affairs Institute at Syracuse University. Democrat Dan Maffei was invited but was not planning to attend due to concerns about the debate format.
YNN and the Buerkle and Rozum campaigns have rescheduled the debate. It will now be recorded during the day on Wednesday for telecast this Thursday evening at 7 and 10 p.m. Dan Maffei is still invited to attend.
