SENECA, N.Y. -- A Baldwinsville man is killed in a crash in Ontario County, and now investigators say the driver was on drugs.
A car carrying five people, all from Baldwinsville, was hit by an SUV in the Town of Seneca Friday night. Sheriff's deputies say the driver of the car, Andrew Clark, 25, drove through a stop sign and was hit by the SUV.
Leonard Fabian, 28, was in the back seat of the car and was killed.
Clark is in guarded condition at a Rochester hospital, along with two other passengers, Travis Woodard, 27, and Kevin Gabriel, 26. Another passenger, Tyler Sweeney, 25, and the people in the SUV suffered minor injuries.
Andrew Clark is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Officials say more charges are pending following an investigation.
