NEW YORK STATE FAIR -- People 60 years old and up are able to save a few dollars Monday and Tuesday at the State Fair.
Monday is the first of two Senior Citizen Days and admission fees are waived for seniors with proper ID.
We spoke with a few of the first seniors to walk through the turnstiles Monday morning.
"I like to cover the buildings. We always come here early to see what is for the day and getting in for free is fantastic when you're retired," said Louise and Ron Porter.
