SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man accused in a brutal murder in Syracuse that the victim's son witnessed was indicted on several charges Friday.
Jerry Crosby Jr. has been accused of breaking into 65-year-old Jerry Mack's apartment on West Kennedy Street last October. Mack was stabbed 62 times and strangled. His seven-year-old son witnessed the attack and managed to escape and call 911.
A grand jury indicted Jerry Crosby on two counts of first degree murder, two counts of second degree murder, one count of first degree robbery, one count of first degree burglary and one count of fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property.
