HANNIBAL, N.Y. -- Route 3 in Hannibal has re-opened after being shut down for several hours due to a tanker truck rollover. It happened just after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The truck was carrying propane and Oswego County 911 says a small fire was burning when crews arrived, but the fire was put out quickly. They are not aware of any propane leaking.
Route 3 was closed for several hours between Route 7 and Pollard Road due to the crash.
There is no word on any injuries or what caused the truck to roll over.
