UTICA, N.Y. -- A second man connected to a violent robbery in Utica has been sentenced.
A judge ordered Leroy Delaney, 20, to serve six years in state prison with five years post release supervision.
Delaney and another man forced their way into a Dudley Avenue home back in February. Investigators say he shot the victim in the leg.
Delaney pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree and criminal use of a firearm.
The second suspect in the case was Donovan Davis. He was previously sentenced to five years in prison.
