SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- One of three men accused in connection with a fatal beating in Syracuse was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday.
Gregory Ware was indicted on charges of first degree manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon. He plead not guilty.
Ware, Lewis Swift, and an unidentified suspect are accused of killing Carnell Marshall in 2007. Marshall's body was found in a field behind a business on South Salina Street.
