SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A tractor trailer accident forced Interstate 81 to temporarily close on Tuesday morning.
According to authorities it happened at the eastbound interchange for Interstate 690. The truck driver told police he was cut off by another driver.
Fortunately, nobody was injured, and the truck was not carrying any cargo. However, the highway was shut down while crews cleaned up fuel that leaked from the truck.
No tickets have been issued, but the crash remains under investigation.
