OSWEGO, N.Y. -- The Oswego man accused of killing his wife during an argument has been indicted by a grand jury.
Robert Moshier, 56, faces charges of second degree manslaughter, first degree unlawful imprisonment, first degree strangulation and first degree assault.
Authorities say Moshier strangled Theresa Moshier, 43, at their home in the Town of Oswego last month.
The sheriff's office originally charged him with murder, but the grand jury chose not to indict on that charge.
Moshier is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges Friday morning.
